Employer Insurance Services ("we", "us", or "our") is a California-licensed insurance broker (CA Lic #0L28127) headquartered at 6845 Indiana Ave, Suite 101, Riverside, CA 92506. We help California employers compare and place workers' compensation, general liability, EPLI, commercial bonds, specialty coverage, and HR compliance support.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you request a quote, contact us, or submit a form on our website. This typically includes your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, and the type of coverage you're interested in.

We also automatically collect limited technical information about your visit (browser type, pages viewed, referring source) through Google Analytics, and ad attribution identifiers as described in Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your quote request, prepare insurance proposals, communicate about your coverage, and provide ongoing service if you become a client. We may also use it to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve our website.

4. How We Share Your Information

To prepare quotes, we share your information with the insurance carriers we're shopping on your behalf. We don't sell your information to third parties. We may share information with our service providers (Formspree for form submissions, Google for analytics and advertising measurement) under terms that require them to protect it.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request that we delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising). 6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information like the pages you view, time on site, and source of traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Advertising Cookies (Google Ads)

We use Google Ads to advertise our services. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.

Ad Attribution Storage (Browser Local Storage)

When you arrive at our site from a Google Ads click or other advertising campaign, we store a small set of identifiers in your browser's local storage so we can connect any quote request you submit back to the ad or campaign that brought you here. Specifically, we may store:

  • The Google Click Identifier (gclid) or related identifiers (gbraid, wbraid) that Google adds to ad-click URLs
  • Standard UTM campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term)
  • The page you first landed on, the referring site (if any), and the timestamp of your first visit

This data is stored only in your browser (not on our servers) and expires automatically after 30 days. If you submit a quote request during that window, these identifiers are included with your submission so we can measure which advertising campaigns generate business inquiries. We do not use this data to track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond Google Ads (for conversion measurement) and Formspree (which receives your submission and forwards it to our office).

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for employersi.com, or by using your browser's private/incognito mode (which prevents the data from being saved in the first place).

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that some site features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

7. SMS & Email Marketing (TCPA / CAN-SPAM)

By submitting your phone number and email address on our forms, you consent to receive communications from us about your insurance inquiry. We may send transactional messages (responding to your quote request, sending policy documents) and occasional service updates. You can opt out of any text messages by replying STOP, or opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Standard messaging rates may apply.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you not to share sensitive information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers) over unsecured channels like unencrypted email.

9. Data Retention

We retain quote-request information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus the time required by California insurance regulations. Marketing analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention periods.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.
